We specialise in Schedules of Condition, Dilapidations and RICS Home Surveys – Level 2 (Homebuyers Survey) & Level 3 (Full Building Survey). Michael Brough is an experienced Chartered Surveyor with over 20 years experience working in both the commercial and residential sectors undertaking a range of Building Surveying services.
Interests include negotiating dilapidations on behalf of occupiers, preparation of schedules of dilapidations for landlords, schedules of condition for prospective tenants and RICS Home Surveys for home buyers.

Which survey is right for you?
A Level 2 residential survey provides a general assessment of a property’s condition, identifying significant defects and potential risks.
A Level 3 survey is more comprehensive, examining the building’s construction, materials and condition in greater detail. Level 3 is particularly suitable for older, unusual or extensively altered properties and can provide more detailed repair advice.
